Here are some of the most frequently asked questions that we receive. Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions not answered here.

1. How far will you travel?

We live in Roseville and will travel to Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Antelope, and Citrus Heights for Private Lessons or Private Group Lessons. We will travel longer distances for an additional fee.

2. How many hours will I need?

For Private Lessons, 2-3 hours per dance should give you the ability to go out and dance competently on the dance floor. For Private Group Lessons, an extra hour should get you to the same point.

3. How many couples can we have for Private Group Lessons?

There is not a maximum number of couples allowed for Private Group Lessons. However, keep in mind that the more people you have in your group, the less attention we can give you individually. If you want us to come to you, also keep in mind the space you have to dance. You don’t want to overfill the space.

4. Can we have alcohol at our lessons?

Alcohol is prohibited from being on the campus of Eich Middle School. No alcohol is allowed for any lessons conducted at the school. If the lessons are being held at your house or facility, it is entirely up to you.

5. Do you provide babysitting?

Babysitting is available for any lessons held at Eich Middle School. Cost is $5 per child per hour. One of the classrooms will be used for babysitting. Activities will be provided. Sorry, no children under 2. If you need babysitting, please let us know in advance of your scheduled lesson.

6. What happens if I miss a Group Lesson class?

If you are unable to make a class, we will do our best to catch you up at the beginning of the next class.

7. What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Private Lessons and Private Group Lessons: When you schedule a lesson, we are reserving that time for you. Therefore, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Rescheduling or canceling within 24 hours of the lesson, for any reason, will be charged for the full lesson.

Group Lessons: Cancel 7 days or more before the first class with a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days of the first class, no refund will be given. However, you may use your credit toward future lessons.

8. Do I need any experience?

You do not need any prior dance experience to have a great time and learn how to dance.

9. Do I need a partner?

While you do not need a partner, it is strongly encouraged. Your experience will be significantly different without a partner.
